Monthly is $55.95 a month for one episode at a time. The first payment is charged when you preorder and reserves Episode I, shipping October 1. It renews November 1 for Episode II, then on the first of each month through Episode XII, and ends on its own. Standard shipping is included outside Hawaii; Hawaii adds $8 to each monthly shipment. Cancel before any renewal.

Quarterly is $149.95 every three months and covers three episodes at a time. Episode I ships October 1, followed by one episode box each month. It runs for four payments and then ends automatically.

The Full Journey is one $595 payment for all twelve episodes. Nothing renews. One episode box ships each month, and the plan includes a personalized wax seal kit and a signed world map poster.

Eligible readers in the newly launched Full Journey cohort see a one-time Collector’s Edition offer immediately after purchase in the Hidden Archives, before Episode I. It adds a second character candle and second tea for every episode, plus the twelve-episode slipcase. The wax seal kit and signed world map poster are already included in Full Journey.

No. Existing subscriptions, prepaid orders, and gifts keep the prices and shipment schedule promised when they were purchased. The restored Quarterly and Full Journey offers—and the post-purchase Collector upgrade—apply only to new purchases in this launch cohort.

Monthly and Quarterly can be canceled before a future renewal. Both end automatically after Episode XII. Full Journey is a single prepaid purchase, so it never renews. Our 30-day guarantee still applies to the first shipment.

The first printing is limited, without a published count. Preorders close September 20, or earlier if it is fully reserved.

No. Everlore Hollow is one story, Echoes of the Crucible, told across twelve printed episodes. Every episode continues the same story, and it is complete after Episode XII.

The printed episode, a candle poured for it, a tea blended for it, sealed artifacts to open when the story says so, and a few surprise gifts. Every current plan ships one complete episode box each month.

About two hours. The candle, tea, playlist, and artifacts make the evening longer if you let them.

Each episode has a playlist, not a CD. Scan the code in the episode to open it, then choose Spotify, YouTube Music, or Amazon Music.

No. The playlists open without one, though you may hear ads. Spotify Premium, YouTube Premium, or Amazon Prime play them without ads.

A personalized wax seal kit — a brass stamp engraved with your initials — with Episode I, and a signed world map poster with Episode VII.

Yes. After checkout, eligible plans can add extra tea, extra candle, or both. Monthly and Quarterly add-ons follow the parent plan’s remaining billing schedule; prepaid add-ons are paid once for the remaining episodes. A completed Collector upgrade already includes a second candle and tea for every episode.

The candles are a coconut-soy wax blend and the teas are loose-leaf. Right after checkout we ask one question — anything we should avoid in your tea or candle? — and whatever you flag goes straight to the two of us packing it. You can also email support@everlorehollow.com any time.

Yes. Each paid shipment unlocks its episodes, playlists, and extras online in the Hidden Archives. Canceling future payments keeps what you have already unlocked.

Email support@everlorehollow.com before a shipping label is created to update the next destination. Once a package is with the carrier, its address can no longer change. Report damage within 14 days of delivery with photos; we replace the affected piece at no cost, or refund it if a replacement is unavailable.

Contact us within 30 days of your first shipment and return everything you received in its original condition; you cover return postage. Once it arrives and is inspected: Monthly gets the first payment back and future renewals stop; Quarterly gets the first $149.95 payment back and future renewals stop; and Full Journey gets the full $595 back. A full prepaid refund stops the remaining shipments and ends the online access.

Yes. Gift three episodes or all twelve. Gifts are separate prepaid offers and never renew; their checkout shows the exact grouped-shipment schedule before payment. Schedule the reveal email or hand over the link yourself; the recipient adds their own shipping address. Any refund goes back to the purchaser, and previously purchased gifts keep their original schedule.
