Each episode experience includes a beautifully printed chapter, its eBook and original soundtrack, a full-size loose-leaf tea blend, a custom-scented candle, surprise gifts pulled from the story, and a chapter in the digital companion. Monthly sends one complete episode experience at a time; Season and Full Journey place three inside each large quarterly shipment.

You're not paying for products. You're paying for a story-first ritual experience. There's no warehouse. No factory. Just two people making almost everything by hand. Pouring candles, blending tea, casting surprise gifts, screen printing boxes.

Each episode was written as its own mini arc, ensuring the episode always moves the story forward. Plan on about two hours of reading per episode.

Yes. New Season and Full Journey customers may choose extra tea, extra candle, or the candle-and-tea ritual in a quantity of one, two, or three per Season. Season customers pay with each Season; Full Journey customers prepay the selected quantity across all four Seasons.

Full Journey includes a personalized wax seal with Season 1 and a signed map with Season 3, in addition to reserving all four seasonal shipments with one payment.

Monthly begins with Episode I on September 1 and continues one episode at a time each month. Season and Full Journey ship in three-episode bundles on September 1, December 1, March 1, and June 1.

Yes. Monthly is $55.95/month with standard shipping included outside Hawaii. Hawaii delivery adds $8 per monthly shipment. It starts with Episode I, sends one complete episode experience each month, and can be canceled before the next renewal.

Monthly is $55.95/month and renews each month through Episode 12 unless canceled. Season is $149.95 when you order, then $149.95 on December 1, March 1, and June 1 unless you cancel before a future charge. Full Journey is one $595 payment with no renewal.

Monthly, Season, and Full Journey currently ship within the United States only, with standard shipping included outside Hawaii. Hawaii delivery is $8 per monthly box or $20 per quarterly box; Full Journey adds $80 once for all four quarterly shipments. The fee is added automatically before Stripe checkout.

“Echoes of the Crucible” is a finite, twelve-episode story. Each one pushes the narrative forward while delivering a complete experience. After Episode 12, the story is over and your subscription completes itself — no auto-renewal, no cancellation gauntlet.

Monthly completes after its twelfth episode, Season billing completes after its fourth and final charge, and Full Journey never renews. You keep the physical journey and the digital access unlocked for everything you paid for. You will never be automatically enrolled in a future story.

We designed this to be a full experience. The candle, the tea, and the surprise gifts all work together with that month’s episode — they’re scented and crafted for moments in the story.

No. This experience was written to be an unfolding chronicle told over twelve episodes, and everyone starts at Episode 1. You won’t skip ahead and you won’t miss anything.

Yes. You keep the eBooks, soundtracks, and companion content already unlocked for seasons you paid for. Future seasons remain locked after cancellation. If your purchase is fully refunded, its digital access is revoked.

Monthly customers may cancel before the next renewal. For Season, cancel before December 1, March 1, or June 1 to stop that charge and every later renewal. If a season was charged but has not shipped, contact us to cancel and refund that unshipped season. Full Journey is a single payment and does not renew.

Contact us within 30 days and return every physical item received in its original condition; return postage is paid by the customer. We refund the first Monthly or Season payment and cancel future renewals, or refund the entire $595 Full Journey purchase and stop later shipments. A full refund also revokes the included digital access.

We pack every box by hand. Right after you check out, we’ll ask you a single question: anything we should avoid in your tea or candle? Whatever you flag goes straight to our pack team and we hold the box if a sensitive ingredient ever lines up with your shipment. You can also email support@everlorehollow.com any time.

The tea isn’t crucial, but it adds another layer of depth to the experience. We’ve learned a lot of people just haven’t explored the variety of tea flavors. You might end up converting to a tea lover like us.

Yes. Season 1 is a prepaid, non-renewing $149.95 gift with one three-episode shipment. Full Journey is a prepaid, non-renewing $595 gift with all four seasonal shipments. Schedule the reveal email or deliver the gift link yourself; the recipient enters their shipping address, and approved refunds return to the original purchaser.
