Where to find your number
We email a shipping confirmation when your package is prepared for its journey. The tracking number appears beside the carrier name in that message. It may contain letters as well as numbers, so copying and pasting the complete code is the safest option. If you ordered more than one shipment, each package can have its own number.
When tracking begins
A newly created label can appear before the carrier performs its first physical scan. If your status says the shipment is being prepared, check again after the next business day. Delivery dates are estimates supplied by the carrier and may shift because of weather, holidays, or activity at a regional sorting facility.
Need a little help?
If the carrier has not scanned your package after a full business day, the tracking number is not recognized, or a delivered box is missing, please email our support team.
