Where to find your number

We email tracking details when a shipping label is created. This can happen before your box is ready to leave. The tracking number appears beside the carrier name in that message. It may contain letters as well as numbers, so copying and pasting the complete code is the safest option. If you ordered more than one shipment, each package can have its own number.

When tracking begins

A newly created label can appear before the carrier performs its first physical scan. A label alone does not mean the carrier has your box. Check your account for preparation progress and the latest planned shipping date. Delivery dates are estimates supplied by the carrier and may shift because of weather, holidays, or activity at a regional sorting facility.

Check your account to see which episode is coming next, what is packed together, and your planned shipping date. If your package is later than expected, a tracking number is not recognized, or a delivered box is missing, contact our support team.
