By accessing or using the Everlore Hollow website at everlorehollow.com and purchasing our products or subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Everlore Hollow offers subscription boxes delivered on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Recurring subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or quarterly, depending on your selected plan). Prepaid full-journey plans are charged once and do not renew. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring renewals.
• Auto-Renewal: Monthly and quarterly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prepaid full-journey plans do not auto-renew.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive boxes for any period you have already paid for.
• Plan Changes: You may change your subscription plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed or active subscription periods that have already been paid for.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate. If an error is discovered, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Gift subscriptions are prepaid for the selected number of episodes. Gift recipients are not required to provide payment information. Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew unless the recipient opts to continue after the gifted period ends.

All content on the Everlore Hollow website and within our subscription boxes — including but not limited to story episodes, character artwork, in-world documents, product designs, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Everlore Hollow and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing of your unboxing experience (photos, reviews, social media posts) is encouraged and welcome.

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Post harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content in reviews or communications
• Resell our products commercially without authorization
