Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Everlore Hollow website at everlorehollow.com and purchasing our products or subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Monthly is $55.95 per episode shipment with standard shipping included outside Hawaii. Hawaii shipments add $8 to each monthly payment. The journey begins with Episode I, renews monthly, and ends after Episode XII. You may cancel before a future renewal.

The new Everlore Hollow journey is fulfilled as four large shipments. Each shipment contains three complete episodes and is scheduled for September 1, December 1, March 1, and June 1.

• Season billing: The first $149.95 payment is charged when the order is placed and reserves the September 1 shipment. There is no second charge on September 1. Unless canceled beforehand, later $149.95 payments are charged on December 1, March 1, and June 1 for the corresponding seasonal shipments. Hawaii destinations add $20 to each of those four payments.
• Four-charge limit: Season billing ends automatically after four total payments: the order-day payment and no more than three renewals. The plan does not continue beyond the June 1 fulfillment.
• Season cancellation: You may cancel before a future December 1, March 1, or June 1 charge. Cancellation stops that charge and all later renewals. If a season has already been charged but has not shipped, you may cancel and receive a refund for that unshipped season. Delivered seasons you keep remain yours.
• Full Journey: Full Journey is one $595 payment when the order is placed. It does not renew and reserves all four three-episode shipments on the same seasonal schedule. Hawaii destinations add one $80 shipping surcharge at checkout.

Customers who remain on the original episode-by-episode subscription are grandfathered into its existing billing and fulfillment terms. They continue to receive one episode in each monthly shipment rather than a three-episode seasonal bundle. Those subscriptions renew on their existing schedule until canceled before a future renewal.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases, but price changes will not alter an order already placed or the stated renewal price and charge limit of an active Monthly or Season journey.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate. If an error is discovered, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Each paid monthly episode or season includes its corresponding eBooks, episode soundtracks, and digital companion content. Access unlocks as the episode or season is paid. Canceling future renewals does not remove access already unlocked, but unpaid episodes remain locked. A full refund revokes all digital access associated with the refunded purchase.

Monthly, Season, and Full Journey orders currently ship only within the United States and include standard shipping outside Hawaii. Hawaii destinations carry the surcharge disclosed before checkout and in our Shipping Policy. PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted, and tracking is sent when each label is created. Fulfillment, address-change, damage, and carrier details are governed by our Shipping Policy.

The 30-day first-shipment guarantee requires the return of every physical item received in its original condition, with return postage paid by the customer. A qualifying Monthly return refunds the first monthly payment; a qualifying Season return refunds the first payment and cancels later renewals. A qualifying Full Journey return refunds the entire $595 purchase and stops later shipments. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

A Season 1 gift is a prepaid, non-renewing $149.95 purchase with one three-episode shipment. A Full Journey gift is a prepaid, non-renewing $595 purchase with four three-episode shipments on the seasonal schedule. The purchaser may schedule the reveal email or deliver the gift link personally, and the recipient supplies the shipping address when redeeming it.

Approved gift refunds are issued to the original purchaser's payment method. A full refund cancels remaining fulfillment and revokes the gift's digital access. Existing legacy gift codes continue under the terms presented when they were purchased.

All content on the Everlore Hollow website and within our subscription boxes — including but not limited to story episodes, character artwork, in-world documents, product designs, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Everlore Hollow and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing of your unboxing experience (photos, reviews, social media posts) is encouraged and welcome.

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Post harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content in reviews or communications
• Resell our products commercially without authorization

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everlore Hollow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or subscription giving rise to the claim.

Our website and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide high-quality products and accurate information, we do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
