Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Everlore Hollow website at everlorehollow.com and purchasing our products or subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Every current plan begins shipping October 1. Monthly ships one episode box at a time; Quarterly and Full Journey follow that same monthly shipment cadence. Standard shipping is included outside Hawaii.

• Monthly: The first $55.95 payment is charged when the order is placed and reserves Episode I. The plan renews on November 1 for Episode II, then on the first of each month through Episode XII. It ends automatically after twelve total payments. Hawaii destinations add $8 to each monthly episode shipment. You may cancel before a future renewal.
• Quarterly: The first $149.95 payment reserves Episodes I–III, which ship one episode box per month. Three later $149.95 payments are charged every three months for the remaining episodes, which continue shipping monthly. Billing ends after four total payments. Hawaii destinations add $20 to each quarterly payment. You may cancel before a future renewal.
• Full Journey: Full Journey is one $595 payment that reserves all twelve episodes, shipped as one episode box each month. It does not renew. Hawaii destinations add one $80 shipping surcharge at checkout. It includes the personalized wax seal kit and signed world map poster.
• Collector upgrade:Eligible new Full Journey customers may accept a one-time $400 Collector's Edition offer in the Hidden Archives before Episode I ships. It adds a second character candle and second tea for every episode, plus the twelve-episode slipcase; applicable tax is shown before payment.

The current terms above apply only to new purchases of the current offers. Existing subscriptions, prepaid orders, and gifts keep the prices, shipment cadence, billing terms, refund terms, and Hawaii surcharge disclosed when they were purchased. We do not automatically convert an earlier order to a current offer.

• Original Monthly subscriptions: Customers who remain on the original episode-by-episode subscription continue to receive one episode in each monthly shipment and renew on their existing schedule until canceled before a future renewal.
• Earlier prepaid and Collector orders: These remain on the payment, shipment, exclusives, and Hawaii surcharge terms disclosed at purchase.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases, but price changes will not alter an order already placed, a prepaid purchase, or the stated renewal price and charge limit of an active Monthly or Quarterly plan.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate. If an error is discovered, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Each paid episode or shipment includes its corresponding online episodes, playlists, and extras in the Hidden Archives. Access unlocks as the episode or shipment is paid. Canceling future renewals does not remove access already unlocked, but unpaid episodes remain locked. A full refund revokes all digital access associated with the refunded purchase.

Current Monthly, Quarterly, and Full Journey orders ship only within the United States and include standard shipping outside Hawaii. Earlier orders retain the shipping terms presented at purchase. Hawaii destinations carry the applicable surcharge disclosed before checkout and in our Shipping Policy. PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted, and tracking is sent when each label is created. Fulfillment, address-change, damage, and carrier details are governed by our Shipping Policy.

The 30-day first-shipment guarantee requires the return of every physical item received in its original condition, with return postage paid by the customer. A qualifying Monthly return refunds the first monthly payment; a qualifying Quarterly return refunds the first $149.95 payment and stops later renewals; and a qualifying Full Journey return refunds the entire $595 purchase. If the Full Journey also has the Collector upgrade, a qualifying full return refunds that upgrade as well. A full prepaid refund stops later shipments. Earlier orders retain the guarantee, cancellation, and refund terms presented at purchase. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

A three-episode gift is a prepaid, non-renewing $149.95 purchase with one three-episode shipment. A twelve-episode gift is a prepaid, non-renewing $595 purchase with four three-episode shipments. Gift checkout shows the exact grouped-shipment schedule before payment. The purchaser may schedule the reveal email or deliver the gift link personally, and the recipient supplies the shipping address when redeeming it.

Approved gift refunds are issued to the original purchaser's payment method. A full refund cancels remaining fulfillment and revokes the gift's digital access. Existing legacy gift codes continue under the terms presented when they were purchased.

All content on the Everlore Hollow website and within our subscription boxes — including but not limited to story episodes, character artwork, in-world documents, product designs, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Everlore Hollow and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing of your unboxing experience (photos, reviews, social media posts) is encouraged and welcome.

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Post harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content in reviews or communications
• Resell our products commercially without authorization

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everlore Hollow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or subscription giving rise to the claim.

Our website and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide high-quality products and accurate information, we do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
