SMS Terms & Conditions

The Everlore Hollow SMS program (the “Program”) sends recurring automated promotional marketing text messages from Everlore Hollow that promote products, new product launches, sales, discounts, and special offers. Program messages are sent from (412) 501-9601.

Consent applies only to the Everlore Hollow Promotional Texts program. The Program has its own optional signup and is not bundled with any purchase, account, or other agreement.

You can opt in only through the public signup form at everlorehollow.com/sms. Enter a valid U.S. mobile number, check the separate checkbox that is unchecked by default, and select “Join promotional texts.”

If you do not want to join, leave the checkbox unchecked and select “No thanks — continue without promotional texts.” No SMS enrollment will be created. You can browse, shop, create an account, and complete a purchase without joining the Program.

Participation is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can use our website, create an account, or complete a purchase without joining the Program. We store the disclosure version, date and time, IP address, user agent, and the mobile number submitted as proof of consent.

After joining, you receive an immediate confirmation identifying the Everlore Hollow Promotional Texts program and restating the message frequency, message and data rate disclosure, HELP instructions, and STOP instructions.

Message frequency varies, up to 8 Program messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Everlore Hollow does not charge for the messages you receive, but your wireless carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages depending on your plan. Please consult your wireless carrier for details.

You can opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any marketing text message you receive from us. You will receive one confirmation of your opt-out and then no further Program messages unless you give new consent. You may also ask us to remove you by emailing hollow@everlorehollow.com.

A person who previously joined the Program and later opted out may reply START, YES, or UNSTOP to the Program sending number, (412) 501-9601, to restore their Promotional Texts enrollment. These keywords are for restoring a previous enrollment; the public website form is the only initial signup method.

The Program is intended for U.S. mobile numbers on participating carriers. Availability may vary by carrier and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers solely to operate and deliver the Program, and they may not use that information for their own marketing.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post changes here and update the date above. Where required, we will request new consent before sending messages under materially different terms.
