Program Description

The Everlore Hollow SMS program (the “Program”) sends recurring marketing text messages from Everlore Hollow about new episodes, restocks, sales, lore drops, and other Hollow updates. The Program is operated by Everlore Hollow.

How to Opt In

You can opt in to the Program by checking the “Text me about new episodes and Hollow updates” box at checkout on everlorehollow.com and providing a valid US mobile phone number. Opting in to SMS marketing is not a condition of purchase.

When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Everlore Hollow at the phone number you provide. Consent is given through an affirmative action (checking the box) and your consent, the disclosure language shown to you, the date, and your IP address are stored as proof of opt-in.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. We expect to send approximately 4 to 8 marketing messages per month, but the exact number may be higher or lower depending on activity.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Everlore Hollow does not charge for the messages you receive, but your wireless carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages depending on your plan. Please consult your wireless carrier for details.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any marketing text message you receive from us. After you reply STOP we will send you one final confirmation message and will not send you any further marketing messages. You may also opt out by emailing hollow@everlorehollow.com.

Opting out of marketing SMS does not opt you out of transactional messages about your subscription, deliveries, or account, which we send under contract necessity. To stop those messages you must cancel your subscription.

Cancelling Your Subscription by Text

If you have an active Everlore Hollow subscription you may cancel it by texting END from the phone number on file. We will reply with a confirmation prompt; you must reply YES within ten minutes to confirm cancellation. We use a separate keyword from STOP because STOP is reserved by your carrier for opting out of all messages from a sender, not for managing a subscription.

Supported Carriers

The Program is available through major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We will never share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. The phone number you provide is used only to send the messages described in these Terms and to contact you about your account, subscription, and orders.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we make material changes that affect the Program, we will notify subscribers via SMS or email. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were most recently revised.
