Shipping Policy

Everlore Hollow currently ships within the United States only. All shipments leave from the United States. Standard shipping is included with new Monthly, Quarterly, and Full Journey orders outside Hawaii. Every current plan ships one complete episode box each month. Hawaii carrier surcharges are shown before checkout.

Hawaii delivery costs more than our included standard shipping. The required surcharge is added automatically after you choose Hawaii as the destination and appears as a separate line in Stripe checkout.

• Monthly: $8 per episode shipment, charged with each monthly payment.
• Quarterly: $20 with each of the four quarterly payments; each payment covers the next three monthly shipments.
• Full Journey: $80 once at checkout for all twelve monthly shipments.
• Complete Collection: $20 once for its single large Hawaii shipment.
• Earlier orders: Existing purchases keep the surcharge and shipment schedule disclosed when they were purchased.

New Monthly orders begin with Episode I on October 1 and continue one episode box at a time through Episode XII. Quarterly and Full Journey follow the same monthly shipment cadence. Quarterly bills for three episodes every three months; Monthly and Quarterly customers may cancel before a future renewal, and both end after Episode XII. Full Journey is prepaid and does not renew.

These current terms apply only to new purchases. Existing subscriptions, prepaid orders, and gifts retain the shipment cadence, billing terms, prices, and Hawaii surcharge shown when they were purchased. We do not convert any earlier order to a different fulfillment schedule.

Customers who remain on the original episode-by-episode subscription are grandfathered into that plan and continue to receive one episode in each monthly shipment on their existing schedule. Their billing dates and other terms do not change.

• Cost: Standard shipping is included with Monthly, Quarterly, and Full Journey shipments outside Hawaii. The Hawaii surcharges listed above apply to Hawaii destinations.
• Transit time:Standard delivery generally takes 5–8 business days after the carrier receives the package.
• PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses: We can deliver to these U.S. addresses, though military and remote deliveries may take longer.

International shipping is not available at this time. If you would like to hear when it becomes available, email us at support@everlorehollow.com.

We email a tracking number as soon as a shipping label is created. You can also follow the package on our Order Tracking page. Carrier scans may take a short time to appear.

Check your shipping address carefully when ordering. To change the address for an upcoming shipment, contact us before its shipping label is created. An update applies to future, unprocessed shipments; once a package is in carrier hands, we may not be able to reroute it.

If a package is lost, damaged, or does not arrive within its expected delivery window, contact us at support@everlorehollow.com within 14 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Include photos of any damaged packaging and items. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement at no cost, or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
