Shipping Policy

Everlore Hollow currently ships within the United States only. All boxes leave from the United States. Standard shipping is included with new Monthly, Season, and Full Journey orders outside Hawaii. Hawaii carrier surcharges are shown before Stripe checkout.

Hawaii delivery costs more than our included standard shipping. The required surcharge is added automatically after you choose Hawaii as the destination and appears as a separate line in Stripe checkout.

• Monthly boxes: $8 per monthly shipment, charged with each monthly payment.
• Season boxes: $20 per quarterly shipment, charged with the initial Season payment and each later Season renewal.
• Full Journey: $80 once at checkout, covering the $20 surcharge for each of four quarterly shipments.
• Complete Collection: $20 once for its single large Hawaii shipment.

New Monthly orders begin with Episode I on September 1 and continue with one complete episode shipment each month. The journey contains twelve episodes and ends after Episode XII. Monthly customers may cancel before any future renewal.

New Season and Full Journey orders are fulfilled as four large seasonal shipments on September 1, December 1, March 1, and June 1. Each large shipment contains three complete episode boxes.

Season customers are charged when they place the preorder, then on December 1, March 1, and June 1 unless they cancel before a future charge. There is no additional charge on September 1. Full Journey customers pay once and receive the same four quarterly shipments.

Customers who remain on the original episode-by-episode subscription are grandfathered into that plan and continue to receive one episode in each monthly shipment on their existing schedule. The new three-episode seasonal cadence does not change their fulfillment.

• Cost: Standard shipping is included with Monthly, Season, and Full Journey shipments outside Hawaii. The Hawaii surcharges listed above apply to Hawaii destinations.
• Transit time:Standard delivery generally takes 5–8 business days after the carrier receives the package.
• PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses: We can deliver to these U.S. addresses, though military and remote deliveries may take longer.

International shipping is not available at this time. If you would like to hear when it becomes available, email us at support@everlorehollow.com.

We email a tracking number as soon as a shipping label is created. You can also follow the package on our Order Tracking page. Carrier scans may take a short time to appear.

Check your shipping address carefully when ordering. To change the address for an upcoming shipment, contact us before its shipping label is created. An update applies to future, unprocessed shipments; once a package is in carrier hands, we may not be able to reroute it.

If a package is lost, damaged, or does not arrive within its expected delivery window, contact us at support@everlorehollow.com within 14 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Include photos of any damaged packaging and items. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement at no cost, or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
