Shipping Policy

Shipping Overview

We want your Everlore Hollow box to arrive safely and on time. All subscription boxes and individual orders are shipped from the United States.

Processing Time

Subscription boxes ship on a monthly cycle. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

Monthly, quarterly, and prepaid full-saga plans all ship one box per month. The selected plan changes how you pay, not how often boxes arrive.

Gift orders and add-on purchases are processed separately and typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping:5–8 business days after processing. Free shipping is included with quarterly and prepaid full-saga plans.
  • Expedited Shipping:2–4 business days after processing. Available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping

At this time, Everlore Hollow ships to the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations. If you are interested in international availability, please contact us at support@everlorehollow.com and we will notify you when shipping becomes available in your area.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our Order Tracking page, where you can follow your package in real time.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible — we can only make changes before your order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@everlorehollow.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may send a replacement box at no additional cost.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard shipping times.
