SMS Privacy Policy

This policy applies only to the Everlore Hollow Promotional Texts program. The Program sends recurring automated promotional marketing text messages about Everlore Hollow products, new product launches, sales, discounts, and special offers from (412) 501-9601.

The Program has its own optional signup at everlorehollow.com/sms and its own SMS Terms & Conditions.

To operate the Program, we collect:

• The U.S. mobile number submitted through the signup form.
• The exact consent disclosure and version, signup date and time, source page, IP address, and browser user agent.
• Program messaging records such as confirmation and promotional message delivery status, carrier or provider metadata, and STOP or HELP requests.

We use Program information to:

• Document and verify your consent to Promotional Texts.
• Send the required confirmation and recurring promotional marketing texts while limiting application-initiated Program messages to 8 total per month.
• Process STOP and HELP requests and maintain your preferences.
• Monitor delivery, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, secure the Program, and meet applicable legal and carrier requirements.

Message frequency varies, up to 8 promotional marketing messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

We use service providers, including Twilio and our hosting and data storage providers, solely to operate and deliver the Program. Wireless carriers also process the information needed to route text messages. We provide them only the Program information reasonably needed for those services, subject to their applicable terms and legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not transfer your consent to another brand, campaign, or sender.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of Everlore Hollow, Program participants, or others.

Reply STOP to any Program message to unsubscribe. We will send one confirmation and then stop Program messages. Reply HELP for help, or email hollow@everlorehollow.com.

You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your Program information. Some consent and opt-out records may be retained when needed to document and honor your choices or meet legal and carrier requirements.

We retain Program information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Program, document consent, honor opt-out requests, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet legal or carrier requirements. An opt-out or suppression record may be retained so we can continue honoring your request not to receive Program messages.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Program information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Program is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 submitted information to the Program.

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post changes here and update the date above. Where required, we will ask for new consent before using Program information under materially different terms.
