Our Guarantee
We stand behind every Everlore Hollow box. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. We offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure you feel confident subscribing.
Subscription Refunds
- First Box Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your first subscription box, contact us within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. We just ask that you return the box and its contents in their original condition.
- Subsequent Boxes: For boxes after your first, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your concern and we will work with you to find a resolution.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, but you will continue to receive any remaining boxes for the period you have already paid for.
Gift Purchase Refunds
Gift subscriptions may be refunded in full if the gift code has not yet been redeemed by the recipient. Once a gift code has been redeemed, refunds are not available for the gift purchase, though the recipient may cancel their subscription at any time.
Add-On Product Refunds
Add-on products (candles, tea blends, combo packs) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If any item in your box arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We will send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at support@everlorehollow.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.
- If a return is required, we will provide return shipping instructions.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned items (if applicable) or approve the refund request.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Redeemed gift codes
- Subscription periods that have already been fulfilled
- Products returned after the 14-day return window
- Items that have been used, opened (for consumables), or are not in their original condition
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our subscription boxes (each box is unique to its episode), we do not offer exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will send a replacement instead.
