How does the 30-day guarantee work?
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your first shipment. A qualifying return includes every physical item you received in its original condition; you pay the return postage.

Contact the team first for the return address and packing instructions. The refund is issued after the complete return arrives and is inspected.
For current Monthly and Quarterly plans, a qualifying return refunds the first payment and stops future renewals. For current Full Journey, it refunds the full purchase and stops the remaining shipments. A qualifying full return also covers a Collector upgrade included with that purchase.
A full refund removes the online access included with the refunded purchase. Earlier plans and gifts keep their original terms; the full policy explains gift refunds and other return conditions.
Damaged or defective items follow a separate process. Report them within 14 days with photos; the policy provides a replacement at no cost, or a refund if a replacement is unavailable, without charging you return postage for the affected item.
