Where do you ship, and is shipping included?
We ship within the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Standard shipping is included with current Monthly, Quarterly and Full Journey plans outside Hawaii.

Hawaii has an additional delivery surcharge. Monthly charges it with each monthly payment, Quarterly with each quarterly payment, and Full Journey once at checkout. Check the current amount for your selected plan before paying.
International shipping is not currently available. Military and remote deliveries may take longer than other U.S. deliveries.
Standard transit generally takes 5–8 business days after the carrier receives a package. A created label does not mean the carrier has it yet; tracking scans show its progress.
If you need a parcel by a particular occasion, ask the team about the current schedule before ordering. A gift reveal email can be scheduled separately from physical delivery.
