When am I charged, and when does the first box ship?
For the current preorder, the first payment is taken when you order and Episode I is scheduled to ship December 1. Shipping and payment dates are different.

Monthly’s first payment reserves Episode I. Its next payment is January 1 for Episode II, followed by monthly renewals through Episode XII.
Quarterly’s first payment covers Episodes I–III, delivered one episode box each month starting December 1. The remaining three payments are March 1, June 1, and September 1; billing ends after four total payments.
Full Journey pays for all twelve episodes once at checkout. They still arrive one episode box per month, and there are no renewal payments.
A ship date is when a parcel is scheduled to leave us, rather than a promised delivery date. Check the current plan and checkout terms before payment; previously purchased orders keep their own schedule.
