When will the email and physical gift arrive?
The reveal email tells them about the gift; the parcel comes later. The recipient must redeem the gift and complete their shipping details before the first shipment is scheduled.

With an email reveal, you enter their first name, email and reveal date after paying. With personal delivery, you receive a private link and code to hand over however you like; their email is not required for that choice.
The recipient provides their own U.S. postal address during redemption. This lets you buy without knowing it. Make sure they know they need to claim the gift and finish those details before a parcel can be arranged.
The email date is not a physical delivery date. The single-episode gift has one shipment, the three-episode gift sends all three together, and the twelve-episode and Collector’s Edition gifts have twelve monthly shipments.
If a birthday or holiday needs a particular parcel date, check with the team before ordering. Transit depends on the carrier after dispatch, so a reveal can mark the occasion while you confirm the physical schedule separately.
