Each box has a beautifully printed episode, the e-book version, a full-size tea blend, a full-size custom-scented candle, 2 artifacts pulled directly from the story bringing it to life, a link to a curated playlist, unique stickers and bookmarks all tied to the story. It’s a full-sensory reading experience.
What makes this worth $34.95/month?+
You're not paying for products. You're paying for a story-first ritual experience. There's no warehouse. No factory. Just two people making almost everything by hand. Pouring candles, blending tea, casting artifacts, screen printing boxes.
How long is each episode?+
Each episode was written as its own mini arc, ensuring the episode always moves the story forward. It takes the average reader 3 hours per episode.

When can I expect my first box?+
All initial orders ship within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday). You’re officially in the Hollow!
I just ordered my first box. When will I be charged for the next one?+
Whenever you placed your first order is your billing date. If you ordered your first box on the 4th of the month, your next box will ship out the following month on the 4th. You can always change your billing date within the customer portal.

We’re not going to trap you. If it’s not for you, you can cancel anytime from your account. No emails to customer service. No guilt trips. No hoops. We’d rather have someone cancel honestly than stick around resentfully. That’s not the kind of community we’re building.
I don’t usually drink tea. Will I still enjoy the box?+
